IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SERVICE AT SLEEK CHIC HAIR SALON WITHIN THE LAST

6 MONTHS YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT. 

All NEW clients are REQUIRED to prepay for your first service via the online booking portal.

It is very important to carefully select the correct service, date and time so that we may service you in excellence. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be rolled over to a different day.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY BRAIDING, TWO STRAND TWIST OR HAIR EXTENSIONS  SERVICES.

 

We service children 12 and over. For the comfort of our guests, children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed in the salon for any reason.

Punctuality 

Due to the nature of our services we must operate in a timely fashion to ensure that each guest receives the Sleek Chic experience and adequate quality time. We kindly ask each guest to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. I

 

In the event, you are more than 15 minutes late of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be rescheduled and subject to a non-refundable $50 late fee.


 

Cancellation/No Show Fee  ( NEW CLIENTS PLEASE REFER TO NEW CLIENT POLICY)

We require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel appointments. Late cancellations or no shows your credit card on file will be charged 100% of services.
